Jaison Jacob is a Senior UX Designer based in Bangalore, currently working at Salesforce India, where he specializes in designing digital lending solutions for the Automotive Industry and developing products for Manufacturing and Consumer Goods Cloud. With a strong foundation in user-centric design, Jaison has an extensive track record of creating innovative ERP / CRM solutions across industries cloud products right from his days at SAP where he was employed previously.

At SAP Labs India, he led the design of Industry Cloud products in diverse domains, including Warranty, Defense Logistics, Blockchain, and Higher Education. He also pioneered AI Feedback Patterns, improving the integration of user feedback into SAP products and authored SAP Fiori Design Guidelines for “User Feedback.” His work at SAP earned him multiple patents and publications in esteemed conferences.

Previously, as a Senior Designer at Samsung Research Institute, Jaison’s design influence was featured in the Samsung Galaxy S6, a landmark product packed with features such as S Voice and 'Samsung Car Mode' — an area of personal interest he began exploring during his internship at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where he contributed to innovative projects such as the Proreta — Driver Assistance System and safety solutions for German Railmen.

As a graduate at IIT Bombay, Jaison focused on accessibility, data visualization, and Indic script text input keyboards. Outside of work, he explores creativity by crafting WWII scale models and creating tech-inspired comics. Known for his ability to uncover patterns in data and his unique “time-freezing” focus, Jaison continues to bridge technology and human needs, driving impactful innovation across industries.
